Kevin O’Hara - Managing Director

Kevin O'Hara is a Director at Trivian Capital bringing with him almost two decades of global experience in entrepreneurship, family office, venture capital and private equity. Kevin serves as Managing Director of Sentor Investments, Venture Partner and Member of the Investment Committee (IC) at Primal Capital, Venture Partner at SDGx Ventures in Singapore, and Investment Committee member at Newzone Ventures in Portugal.

Having personally founded, scaled and exited 3 companies (OCTIEF Group, Octfolio eGCRM Software, and Techwitty) Kevin brings with him a very unique approach to investing in and working with portfolio companies. Most recently Kevin has been actively involved in the establishment of gaming infrastructure technology provider Polemos based in Singapore, alongside a number of cofounders from the technology and gaming sector.

Kevin has an MBA majoring in Digital Transformation, has completed post graduate executive education at both INSEAD and Harvard Business School, and is a passionate volunteer and member of the NSW Steering Committee at Mirabel Foundation.

Emily O’Hara - Head of Impact and ESG

Emily O’Hara is the Head of Impact and ESG Investment at Trivian Capital. Bringing with her almost a decade of experience in allocating capital to ESG and or Impact focussed direct deals and managers, Emily has a keen eye for those who really want to make a difference.

Emily has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Nursing from USQ. Prior to entering the investment sector, Emily worked as Research Lead for the BRAKR Cancer Research Program at the Lowy Institute in Sydney.

Currently completing her studies to become a recreational Helicopter Pilot, Emily is the mother to two beautiful children, and shares a deep passion for sustainable investing, philanthropy and travel.

Daniel Spears - Head of Finance


Daniel Spears is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Tax Agent and Business Consultant and works with Trivian Capital as the Head of Finance. This role is a contract position overseeing the provision of portfolio accounting, financial modelling, and the structuring of direct investments in private equity, listed equities, venture capital, and debt.

Daniel is the Principal Accountant of DKS Accounting and has over the last 20 years been delivering highly skilled, senior accounting and advisory services to various corporate clients in both metropolitan and regional/rural areas across Australia. Daniel is an active senior member and volunteer with the Australian Shooters and Fishers Party, and also chairs a number of local community groups in the Clarence Valley Region of New South Wales (NSW).

Daniel has 4 children and a beautiful wife. If he wasn’t crunching numbers, Daniel would prefer to be out in the bush with the family on a camping trip or developing land in Northern NSW.
